How does Quality Meetings work?

Our meeting software is easy to use and is suitable for small businesses to large corporate companies. 

In the system create a meeting and add your chosen attendees, these can be internal or external. 

You can host your meeting in person or via an online platform such as Microsoft Teams. 

 

Start your meeting on the system, and work through one agenda item at a time. 

 

Add your minutes as your team are speaking. 

 

Add actions and allocate as they are discussed. 

Actions can be allocated as red, amber and green to show priority settings. 

Quality meetings can also set deadlines by using the handy calendar on screen. Team members then know their own and team deadlines. 

 

At the end of the meeting, click End Meeting, and the minutes and the personalised email with each persons actions are sent out.
